Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me by phone, text or email preferably at least 24 hours before your scheduled treatment.
Late arrivals: As a courtesy to my other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after scheduled start time. When my schedule will allow I may be able to accommodate your appointment. This will be at my discretion and only with a proper notification of your late arrival.
Clients who have purchased vouchers or on-line deals and fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification of cancellation may not be rescheduled or refunded the cost of treatment.
